The small cap dominated Russell 2000 closed at an all time high today and crossing the 700 mark for the first time. Compared to that, the S&P 500 is still 20% below its all time high and the Nasdaq has to almost double from here to cross its peak. I am wondering if this in anyway indicates that large corporations are bad users of capital?
