About a a month ago, I put up a site counter on my two blogs. The main purpose of this was to get an idea the OS and browsers people use to come to these blogs. More information on this can be found here.

I now have a data sample for 600 visitors to my two blogs. And the data is quite startling. Close to 22% use Mac X, 69% Windows and 9% Linux. Among browsers, Mozilla based browsers (FireFox, Netscape) accounted for 60%, Safari was 15% and IE 25%. Opera was about 1% but I have bundled that with Mozilla since the share is so low and I was to lazy to create and monitor another category.
